Finance Your Care will provide your Practice with our technology platform that will display each Applicant's credit score, credit report, and their ability to qualify with several lending institutions within 30 seconds. This pre-qualification is based on generally acceptable underwriting guidelines as published or as stated by the lenders. However, Finance Your Care is not a credit issuing company. As such, we do not approve or deny any credit applications. We also do not extend credit or offer to extend credit in any form. Finance Your Care in not a broker and thus we do not have anything to do with the rates or terms an Applicant may be offered by any lender, and we are not compensated by any lender you may see displayed while using our platform. By enrolling to use our service, you acknowledge that our service is only provided as a tool to use in your loan search for your clients.
Finance Your Care / Credit Technologies offers our service based on a month to month subscription agreement as shown below.
Monthly Fee: $475
We will provide you with full access to our technology, credit reports, and the complete financing management services we provide for a flat fee of $475 per month. This service includes unlimited access to our credit technology, and support from our Finance Managers. This fee also includes up to 20 applications per month.
Potential Additional Fee:
If you process more than 20 applications in any month, there will be an additional fee of $9 per application starting with your 21st. application in that month. This additional fee would be charged for any month in which you surpass 20 applications.
Bonus: With the subscription service, we will allow you to keep or waive the $375 loan set up fee displayed and charged to your Patients/Applicants.
We will provide you with up to a 60-day free trial. It works like this: We will not bill your card on file or start your monthly subscription fees for a period of 60 days or until you have closed your first transactions (whichever happens first). So if you close your first transaction the day after you enroll, we will bill your card on that day. But if you do not have any closings for 60 days, we will not bill your card until 60 days after your enrollment date.
Your enrollment and participation are based on a month-to-month agreement. As such, if you do not feel like you are benefiting from the services we provide, you can cancel your subscription at any time with 30-day notice of your intent to do so. If you cancel, there will be no further obligation other than outstanding balances for the loans that have been funded and/or those that are in the process of funding.
