Finance Your Care is a subsidiary of Credit Technologies which is a financial technology company that offers financing options to the patients of healthcare providers at the "Point of Sale". We DO NOT charge your practice a fee to use our technology. The Merchant fees outlined on this site are charged to your practice by the lender(s) in the form of a discounted loan payout. We make our money by charging each Applicant/Borrower a fee if they are approved and accept a loan offer.
As a Pay Only for Performance company, we only charge a licensing fee to the patient/applicant for using our technology if they are approved and accept a loan offer. Our fee schedule is as follows:
When you enter a loan request, you will be responsible to add this fee to the amount requested so it is financed.
Since our fee is added to the loan amount and financed, it will be paid directly to your practice when you are funded for the procedure. Five (5) days after the loan is funding, we will invoice your practice to collect our fee back, and we will charge the payment method you list on file.
PLEASE NOTE: Finance Your Care is notified from the lender when a loan is approved and funded. As such, we will automatically charge our fee on the fifth day after funding unless you let us know the patient cancelled. It is your responsibility to notify us if the patient/applicant did not go through with the procedure before we invoice your practice for our fee. Once we process our fee, it will not be refundable.
Upon completing your enrollment, Credit Technologies / Finance Your Care will authorize you to use our technology and lender platform free of charge as long as you do not use it in any manner that would be deemed as fraudulent in nature and/or as long as you remain current in reimbursing our fees as described above. If Credit Technologies finds reason to revoke your enrollment and/or if one of our lenders requires Credit Technologies to suspend or revoke your enrollment, we may do so without notice.
After you click on "Go To Enrollment" below, you will land on a JOT Form that is there for your review. You will not be able to complete the form that is shown. You have to scroll down and check on each of the four boxes saying you agree to the terms and then click on "Next" before you can actually reach the form you complete.
